Randy graciously picked me up at the airport in his own vehicle and returned me to the airport for the trip home after I spend the day playing pianos in his showroom. He even offered to buy me lunch!
In the end, after weeks of my own indecision, Randy found an instrument for me through his extensive network of dealers, and took my 1936 Steinway in trade. I finally have my dream piano, a Steinway model B semi-concert grand, and I couldn't be happier with both the
