This company is the worst company out there DO NOT USE THEM! The copy machine breaks over and over and then their sales people come out to apologize profusely only to completely sabotage your machine and make it inoperable, all the while you are paying your monthly "mortgage" to them The contract they put our company on (I inherited this horrible contract) is a joke - they are completely overcharging for services and for the machine because the last owner did not know better and they took advantage The machine now over counts for color copies which costs us a lot more - what they are charging me for is actually completely impossible usage as we have added new printers to take on our color copies and yet they say my color copies are increasing - impossible! They they admit that their numbers are high based on what they read from the machine!!!! They are NOT trustworthy I have a credit balance that they refuse to apply to my "overages" (and I dispute the accuracy of those overag
We have a service contract with MRC and we are having scanning issues with the Xerox copier we purchased from them I have called several times in the past weeks to get service and no one returns our phone calls and/or send over a technician

The company made a credit application without my consent or knowledge to ** ***A few days ago, I received a letter from ** *** saying that my application has been declinedWhen I called ** *** I shocked to find out that MRC Smart Tech made an application without my knowledge(Application# *** - $25,for business equipment) Since such application need to have my personal information including my signature, I'm very concerned about their business practiceI would like to have explanation what happened and I need to ask them to destroy my personal information
