We have reviewed our website and added additional photos showing the entry to the home I have sent a copy of the website to the guest We have verified that our third party vendors have recent photos of the home on their website Please let me know if there is any further you need from us

I am rejecting this response because:
You did not contact me.  I contacted you numerous times and you never followed up with me.  Stacey M[redacted] left me a voice mail today nov 14th that there was not actually a credit but a check issued on Nov 4th.  Then Camron who is the assistant accounting manager left me a voice mail 10 minutes later that he just issued a check and it was on his desk and he would get it in the mail.  So who is actually telling the truth.

Thank you [redacted] for your response.  Our management system indicates that a refund was issued on November 4th.  I was incorrect in my statement that the funds were credited to your credit card.  In fact, the funds were issued by check.  The check was cut on the 4th of November but was not actually mailed out until the date the Camden our accountant told you.  The security deposit has been released to you, and I am sorry for any trouble we might have caused you.  Our refund policy is that refunds will be process and returned 2 -4 weeks after departure date.

This statement is in response to a guest who stayed at one of the vacation properties that our company manages, [redacted] Cabin. This guest stayed for a few days in July of 2014. 
The guest’s greatest concern was with the...

condition of the riverfront yard and driveway. This home is situated on the Big Thompson River. In September of 2013 the entire Estes Valley area sustained a widespread torrential downpour and subsequent historic floods. There was tremendous area-wide devastation. Many homes and cabins in the Big Thompson Canyon disappeared or were damaged beyond repair. [redacted] Cabin did not sustain any damage from the flood, but the riverfront, driveway adjoining the river, and the bridge to the property were impacted. 
Range Property Management Vacation Team would like to express a heartfelt apology to the guest. We did not update our photos of the yard, riverfront, and driveway. The riverfront yard and driveway look very different since Mother Nature changed the course of the Big Thompson River. 
The photos on the Range Property Management and [redacted] websites reflect the property as it looked prior to the flood. This is the misinformation the guest is requesting we change. We agree! It has been a very busy summer, trying to recover from the flood damage to our offices and vacation properties that we manage. That being said, we are attending to the websites now.
We are in the process of taking and posting new photos of the exterior areas, including the road where the earthmoving/backhoe equipment stands. We apologize for the unsightly equipment. It does not belong to the [redacted] (owners of the property)or to Range Property Management. We do not have any authority to move it as it is situated on private property. The company left it there to use as soon as summer season is over. They need to rework the road. They are also going to work on the [redacted] property to make the riverfront more accessible.
Our company and the[redacted] have worked very diligently to bring the riverfront and driveway on the property back to its original unique rustic appearance. The owner worked with engineers to make the bridge safe again. The river’s edge is stable, though not as appealing as it had been. We’re working on that! The driveway and steps to the home have been reworked and stabilized. Again, we’re working on improving the appearance of those, also! We are competing with a huge number of other property owners - commercial, private, government, and public for resources - financial, labor, and material. All are limited and stretched to non-existent at times. It is the intent of the owner to improve the property as quickly as possible.   We had a contractor secured in May, however other priorities took him away from this project.
[redacted] Cabin is a very popular vacation home. We pledge to work with the owner to move forward in a transparent and honest representation of the property on the Range Property Management and [redacted] websites. Again, we apologize to the guest for any misrepresentation they believed occurred.
