Review: I made an order on Nov. *, 2014 with my order#: [redacted] from this site. My order is two Sakura Round Grease Oil Collectors for [redacted]. But when I got my order, it is WRONG!!!! Two oil filters were mailed to me. Then I sent a complaint to the sales dept at that company. After that, I received an email from that company that is shown below:"we will refund you "your money" once we have "our wrong products" back. we are not shipping any more products to you or either taking any more new order from you."What this email means? Is this a US company? I was shockked. It looks like that they blocked me from buying any product from this company. I think this is illegal since the reason for this argument is that the company made mistake, not me. After I complaint this, they gave me punishment to refuse to provide any servie for me. Don't you think that this company is stupid? I think that this company had serious discrimination and unfairly treated the customers.Desired Settlement: I need the company refund my money even the product won't be sent back since this is the company's mistake.The compnay also needs to apologize to me for their discreminission and unfair treating to me.
