The customer and her daughter were into the salon on Friday February 10th in the early afternoon. When finishing the daughters haircut her mother told her that she would straighten her hair when they got home. The stylist asked the customer if...

everything was ok with the haircut, offered to put ribbons/clips in her hair and offered to paint her nails (all of which is included in our haircut package). The customer paid for the haircut and after taking some photos they left the salon.

The customer called the salon later in the afternoon to let us know that the haircut was not up to standard and that the back needed to be fixed. We immediately apologized and offered for her to bring her daughter back in on Saturday to redo the back of the haircut.

When the customer and daughter returned to the salon on Saturday February 11th in the morning, the customer requested that she have a refund for the haircut instead of having it fixed. The stylist explained that we do not offer refund but would be more than happy to fix the haircut. The customer agreed to this and the stylist fixed the back of the haircut. The customer did not want too much more taken off so the stylist made sure to show her what was being cut before cutting it.

The stylist then asked the customer if she was happy with the back of the haircut and offered her the comb to take a look. The customer said that it looked good, she was pleased, said thankyou and they left the salon.

The next contact made by the customer was via our [redacted] page. She wrote a review about how poor the haircut was and that we refused to give a refund. She also stated that the redone haircut was still not satisfactory.

The salon/stylist do not deny that the original haircut was not up to standards. We do stand by our policies regarding refunds. Had the customer contacted the salon on Saturday February 11th when she became aware that she was still not satisfied with the haircut we would of then offered her a refund for the haircut.

We would be happy to apologize for all of the inconvenience to the customer and her daughter; if she would still like a refund for the haircut we will make an exception to the policy and grant her a refund.

We would like for the customer to post of her Facebook that the problem has been resolved and to have the slanderous posts removed from [redacted].
