I purchased the mini distress ink pad sets from a vendor ** *** All of the items purchased were brand new and in their original packagingTo my dismay, I discovered that over half of them are almost dryThey are not moist like other pads I have purchased that are made by Ranger/Tim H*** These are going to have to be re-inked in order to use them My second concern is the fact that the felt pads on more than half of them are a wonky shape and look like a conveyor belt chewed them apartThey are distorted, lumpy and frayedI understand that manufacturing comes with challenges in the quality area but am befuddled that this many would pass through their quality control department unnoticedThe reps at Ranger told me to deal with the vendor even though they were brand newThe vendor will not fix the problem since the items were brand newThis vicious circle of "Talk to the other guy it's not my problem" is inexcusable and passing the buck only hurts the consumers who spends thei
