*** would have been required to agree to the terms and conditions, which state that customers are agreeing to the day trial of the product and that if the customer does not contact us, either by calling or email, within days, that the customer will be charged the full price on the 15th dayCustomer satisfaction is our number one priorityAs a result, we often make exceptions and refund customers who may have forgotten to cancel in time
We made several attempts to contact Ms*** but were unable to speak with herWe did, however, leave a detailed voicemail advising her that her charges were refunded in full, and to please contact us in the event she has any further questions or would like to discuss the matter further
