Review: My recently deceased mother has been paying monthly fees to Rank Investigation for some time for protection/security services. She was part of a neighborhood group that got together and hired Rank Investigation to patrol the neighborhood.Now that she has passed, we have put the house up for sale. None of her descendants live in her town, so the house is inhabited. Recently, the front gates were stolen from the court yard. I called Rank Investigations and all they could say is that it "probably" happened while they were off-duty.There have been several break-ins/robberies in the neighborhood since Rank has been hired, but there has been absolutely NO captures/arrests.In fact, I NEVER even saw any Rank investigation vehicles/patrols while I was in town taking care of her during her last few months. On top of that, I lived with her for a few years back in 2009-2012, and NEVER saw any security patrol activity.Rank Investigations is a FARCE, and should NEVER be hired for security services.Desired Settlement: Refund of monthly fees.
