Review: We have had rankpop "help" us with our internet marketing for 2 years. They give customers all kinds of guarantees but when you call them on it they always says it's google that is changing their "algorithm". We were also promised 2 blog post a month, we have only received 5 in the last year. When I call and speak with the account rep they say they will make the corrections and credit the account which never happened. We finally got fed up and decided to terminate our business with them. When we called the number it was disconnected, emails get no response. Come to find out through other sources it seems as though they have closed business? We were never informed!! We have called other business that they run and have not gotten a return phone call. We canceled the monthly payment with the credit card company, we received our credit card statement today, we typically get billed from them on the 28 every month. The same day we canceled the card they billed us again the same day which was the 10th of the month. We haven't been in contact with them for over a month no services were provided and they charged us.Desired Settlement: We desire a full refund for the last year. They never lived up to the standards they said they would, never told us they were going out of business, can't contact them or won't return phone calls. They run a legit scam operation and are very good at it!
Review: I signed up for RankPop's service and they never delivered what they promised. I paid them for three months and they never produced any results. I feel like I have been scammed. I contacted them and requested a refund; however, I'm being ignored.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund.

In fact they lead me on for months with claims of imminent completion.
In the end they stopped answering my calls and emails.
I thought it was a scam, but they are still in business.Desired Settlement: AN APOLOGIES WITH A RETURN OF ALL MY FUNDS.
The customer quit communicating with us about this project, which kept us from being able to complete it. There were long periods of time (months) in which the customer did not respond to emails and phone calls, as we attempted to complete the project.
