Review: This firm, [redacted]in particular, was hired to perform the final work on my father's estate. I prepared as Excel file as explained to me by both [redacted] and the estate lawyer. I emailed it on Labor Day weekend. When I had not heard from the firm by Halloween, I contacted them via e-mail and was notified that they were just starting to work on my file, that an assistant would look it over, and they would get back to me. Three weeks later, on Monday November [redacted], I still had not heard and contacted them again. At that point I was informed that [redacted] had just received the information from the assistant, he would look it over and notify me of anything that was missing or any concerns. When I had not heard by Friday, I called and said that if I did not hear by the end of the business day, then he should consider himself fired. I did not hear from him until the following Tuesday and received NO apology for the extended delays. I have all of the emails to support the LACK of contact.Since then, the estate lawyer has assisted with attempting to close the estate. I have sent every document that has been requested.[redacted] recently informed my sister that I was "less then forth coming" with documents that he had requested. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY SUCH REQUEST and his lies are causing extreme emotional distress and disharmony.Desired Settlement: I expect an apology to me and a proper explanation to my family. I did NOT with hold ANYTHING. I want this kept on file and made public.
