complaint ID [redacted].
It doesn't surprise me that this business hasn't responded. It was the same when I tried to find resolution directly. At this point, I would not want to have this business on my property to do any repair/rework, I don't trust them.
But I want to make sure that others don't make the same mistake as I did and not to award business to this company. I checked the Revdex.com page before I gave them the project but didn't find them listed.

Review: I hired R.A.P. Contracting to build an aggregate concrete driveway at my house in Chesterfield. I live out of state and could not oversee the work by myself. The work started on Tuesday, September 24 and was completed on Thursday, September 26. R.A.P. Contracting was paid in full in the evening of September 26.Within 24 hours, my tenant sent pictures and informed me that the aggregate surface was not consistent in how much it was washed out. As I could not go by the property to look at the driveway myself I asked my tenant for more details. It also appeared that the contractor did not fill in the transition from concrete to grass with fill dirt as agreed upon. Not only did my tenant fill in the areas with dirt he also had to clean up the washed-off concrete from my neighbor's driveway and from the siding of the house. On September 29 I notified the contractor by e-mail and asked for a solution to remedy the problem and also fill in the transition from concrete to grass with fill dirt. On October 1st,he suggested to use more sealer on the area that had been washed out more (the area that looks like the way it supposed to be). This didn't sound like an appropriate solution to me and I requested the contractor to meet with my property manager and my tenant to look at the solution. He ignored the request and several attempts to contact him failed.I finally made a trip to Chesterfield on January 3 to visually inspect the driveway. On January 20, I sent R.A.P. Contracting a letter by e-mail, mail and certified mail requesting that we discuss an amicable solution. The letter requested a response no later than February 7. On February 7 I received an e-mail from R.A.P. Contracting, stating that he will send me a letter in response. To date I have yet to receive any response other than the above referenced e-mail in which also stated that I should not have paid if I was not happy. However, since I paid the evening of completion there was not time to evaluate the final product.Desired Settlement: R.A.P. Contracting has shown no effort nor interest to remedy the sub-standard work. I gave him the opportunity to fix the problem, which he agreed to do initially; however, he repeatedly ignored any and all attempts made to contact him to schedule a time. His response to my final letter seeking resolution was that I should not have paid him if I was not happy with the work; therefore, I am seeking a minimum of 100% refund of all monies paid.
