I had great experience with Rapid Auto Movers the broker was professional and helpfulthe carrier was wonderful and communicated with me during the entire transport process Would definitely use their services again
A very poor experience indeed [redacted] was our contact and the account manager at Rapid Auto Movers who was assigned to usWe arranged with [redacted] to transport our daughter's vehicle from McKinney TX to Laguna Beach, CAWe clearly told him that the vehicle had to be at the destination on Thursday or Friday at the latest [redacted] agreed to this and wrote the contract upAfter that point, there were no proactive calls from the local dispatcher to arrange for the pick upWe had to contact RAM several times before they finally arrived to pick up the vehicle - which was TuesdayFrom that point forward there was little communication by RAM to keep us in the loopwe did however get a text saying that the carrier broke down and our vehicle would be delivered Sunday eveningWe demanded that they send a new carrier to pick up the car - they said they would do just thatNot sure it ever happened as our vehicle was finally delivered two days later than the promised date - Sunday evening, and I had to be driven to the drop depot in CA, - miles away, then had to drive myself to the originally agreed upon destinationPer the local CA dispatcher, the delivery day [redacted] gave him was Sunday all along, despite [redacted] telling us Friday was the delivery day.This was a case of [redacted] telling the customer what they wanted to hear, then having no intention to fulfill the commitmentVery poor business model and an individual who lacks not only business sense, but also integrityAt one point I was tempted to contact the local police to report our vehicle as stolen - in the absence of any honest communication, this would have been a logical suspicionWe had to book extra nights for hotels, pay for change fees to airline tickets, etc
I used Rapid Auto Movers to move a Jeep Liberty from Loveland, CO to Mount Vernon, WA and was extremely happy with the serviceThe price they quoted was the price we paid and the vehicle was delved on time with no damageI highly recommend Rapid Auto Movers
