MrSmall paved our driveway in April of for $and guaranteed that the edges would not roll or crack for one year However at months the area at the bottom of our driveway was cracked and breaking away In March of I contacted MrSmall and spoke to his wife to request repair of the area since it was guaranteed not to happen for at least one year I then proceeded to call at least twice a month, most often having to leave a voice mail, to request an update on when they would repair the broken area On September 30, 2016, after I called and left yet another message, MrSmall had MrsSmall call me back to say that it wasn't there fault, and that the damage had been caused by a snow plow hitting the bottom of our driveway I then explained that there has never been a snow plow on the road and that only once was the road cleared of snow by a small bulldozer that cleared a path down the middle of the road, at least two to three feet away from the edge of the driveway There is no way possible for the driveway to have been damaged by a snow plow I want a refund of the cost to have the driveway paved as I will now have to contact another paving company to repair this area which will require repaving of the entire driveway when if he had come out and fixed it six months ago when I first notified him about it, there would not now be an issue
