Enclosed please find Rapid Drug Test Systems response to the additional concerns which were added to Complaint ID: [redacted] by ComplainantRDTS has taken great care to respond to these additional concerns as directed by the Revdex.com in its' cover letterEvery effort has been made to "avoid emotion" which is difficult when your business is attackedWhile I have not included them with this response, if requested I can provide copies of execu!l:d chains of custody, alcohol test forms, contracts and emails to support each statement made in this responseWhile l understand that theBureau reserves the right to edit complaints- as well as responses- I truly hope it does not see fit to edit this response as it is important to the reputation and integrity of RDTS that the facts be made clear.Thank you .Very truly yours,Rapid Drug Test Systems

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below In reference to the recent response, “SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE/TO Revdex.com COMPLAINT ID#: [redacted] ” I believe dated May 14, from RAPID DRUG TEST SYSTEMS, the 3-page document once again distorts the facts of what they market and what you getFirst paragraph of their response states they did not mislead us for volume of collections This is false, the Chief Trainer specifically told us 600-donors do collections in our area every month with one preferred lab and we should get 20-25% of this number for $preferred collections prior to hiring them Then in the second paragraph they respond, “In my initial response, I mentioned that Complainant demanded confirmation that his business receive “preferred collection site status” from Quest Diagnostics prior to training.” This statement is TRUE! Why on god’s earth would we spend $15,cash to hire Rapid Drug Test Systems, then open a collection site for drug testing without a preferred Status and not get a percentage of the 600-monthly donors in our area? That’s the whole point here, we were misled by Chief Trainer telling us that Quest as just one lab has 600-donors monthly in our area using this preferred status collection sites That is what justified the expense of actually opening an officeIn fact, look how they still promote these $collections Right now I just printed off a post on Rapid Drug Test Systems Facebook page, one of their promotion tools, dated May 19th, at 6:pm It says quote “A $collection takes ten minutes or less That is $per minute If your employer can do 4-collections an hour while waiting for $25, $& $donors they will earn twice and three times their pay?” Then the several sentences later in the same post it quotes, “$preferred providers supply large numbers of donors.” There is no doubt there is a lot of similarities in that recent Facebook post and what we were told prior to hiring Rapid Drug Test Systems, only difference we were told specifically 600-a month in our area Now here are our results from the preferred status, April 2016, Collections, May 2016, collections for a total of $ We have this Facebook documentation of above quotes to forward to the Revdex.com in case Rapid Drug Test Systems alters or deletes the post and have also attached a scanned copy to this responseIn the 2nd and 3rd paragraph of their response discusses setting up a preferred site with a lab and it could take weeks They don’t tell you this prior to spending $15, They tell you less than a week, and you need the office open beforehand Honestly, who in their right business mind is going to spend cash to open an office, incur payroll expenses, knowing no revenue is going to be generated for weeks? This is just another example of distorting the facts and horrible business advice And it doesn’t take up to weeks Now here’s the real time frame of achieving this Step 1, you call to see if you can be a preferred provider, Step you have to get an application from the Preferred Lab, Step you fill it out (Steps 1-takes one day), and Step you wait, 5-days your approved and set up for this Lab as a Preferred Site How do I know this? Because several weeks after completing the Rapid Drug Testing Systems course and nothing was happening I called them and they emailed me an application and did it myself Seriously $15,later I can’t even get pointed in the right direction to get an application, the have to find out who to call and how to do Steps 1-4? And what does that have to do with a snowstorm in Colorado as they claim delaying matters? Colorado has nothing to do with this Preferred Lab, the Colorado operation is an account to sell to your clients you seek Seriously, if this organization knew how to conduct business, the day you complete the course they offer you would fill out the application with the preferred Lab that they boast about for these $collections and complete Steps 1-listed aboveThen in their response paragraph 5, they discuss RDTS preferred vendors or multiple labs They have one preferred vendor and that is it! Rapid Drug Test Systems sets you up with a Quest Diagnostics Account to service clients you sell through this vendor Does this vendor offer more service than just a Quest Diagnostics Account? Yes, but after attending their $15,Rapid Drug Testing Systems class you will never know this, you have to go fishing yourselfParagraph they discuss bookkeeping I’m speechless on their response, out of of us that attended this $15,training, and they claim they showed us all these accounting methods, deposits, and invoicing? That never happened And now they want to log into our computer or skype us to correct this, months later? Like I said in the previous complaint filed, Chief Trainer tells you to purchase QuickBooks and bring it to the $15,Training, gives you a list of accounts, and you’re on your own Although Chief Trainer did tell us to enter our Company Information in QuickBooks when we were there Moreover, we just paid an accountant to correct this messNext paragraph they discuss live examples of drug testing Once again drug test where done at the $15,training, and one was an observed observation drug screen Chief Instructor did not do an observed drug screen as he was supposed to and it voided the drug screenIn regards to how to handle a BAT Test, which stand for Breath Alcohol Tests, once again they do not teach you the proper way to handle someone who has a positive result They can send over any form they claim to the Revdex.com, however you will not see the correct printed receipts with the DOT 15-minute wait delay when a positive tests occurs and could not explain how to do this when we called for help We had to go to the salesman that sold us the Alcohol Machine and he clarified all procedures for usApparently this organization is just going continue to drag this complaint on, and defend they offer all these services for $15,and supposedly we were educated on all this criteria and unlimited support with rebuttal after rebuttal until we walk away The fact of the matter is all we got for $15,was a couple of certificates to conduct drug & alcohol testing and a path to bankruptcy followed with months later the so called $collections they boast about by being a preferred site and opening an office generated us $ Even the certification Rapid Drug Testing Systems offers is questionable After completing the Rapid Drug Testing Systems Training, we discovered Quest has a training video/test online for employers All of us took the urine collection and hair follicle collection video/tests offered through Quest The results where astonishing, all of us on our first attempt failed both urine and hair collection exams $15,later and none of can even pass the lab they promote regarding Quest Online Tests for hair and urine? After this financial disaster we learned that anyone who wishes to get into the drug & alcohol testing business and wants to make money, things you should strongly research or have prior are: utilize all labs that have training videos, have a lot of clients lined up with employees and implement drug & alcohol policies in their company, knowledge of becoming or knowing a qualified CRA, thorough knowledge of what CFR Part really is, knowledge of E-Chain software, understanding and implementing consortium/random pools, network of colleagues in your local area involved with probation divisions, and a network of colleagues in your local social services officeThis is why there is no reason for us to contact this organization called Rapid Drug Testing Systems for any help whatsoever because they don’t teach any of the above except issuing certificates for drug & alcohol testing, of course keeping in mind all of us failed online hair and urine tests with the lab they promote, and promises with $collections in high volume with a preferred lab to get you startedIn conclusion we stand with our original claim desired of a full refund less the fair value of obtaining certification online for Supervisor Training, CFR Part Breath Alcohol Technician Training, CFR Certified Qualified Collection Training We also maintain our status and ask the Revdex.com to help protect future consumers from utilizing this business so they are not misleading on promises and services they don’t uphold for a $15,fee they charge Regards, [redacted] ***

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Over and above the original complaint filed against RDTS, the response of what RDTS looks attractive on what they offer and leaves out the part about advising us 600-donors monthly drug test in your area with preferred lab and you should get 20-25% of the market share, which would justify the expense of opening an office, and that don’t include the other major labs in the business in our area. That equates on our business plan prior to hiring RDTS a monthly revenue of approximately $per month. However, after you pay $15,cash, then leave the 3-day training you find out those numbers where a hoax, we found out the lab does not provide those statistics when we set up our own preferred status with the lab that was promised to be set up by RDTS, and the number is really 3-donor per week based on our experience and talking to other locations. There is no RDTS preferred vendors or multiple labs offered with RDTS special pricing set up as they claim except 1, all you get is a list of TPA’s they tell you to contact and set up contracts which is a waste of time. You don’t need to contact these TPA’s because you already establish a contract with this preferred lab RDTS recommends and this lab is already networked with these TPA’s. The TPA’s all use a software network, and then you find out when they use it, this deflates the collection value more than 50% of what RDTS tells you prior to taking the 3-day course. So RDTS tells you you’re going to make $20-$per collection, but it’s really $10. Add up the Business Plan losses now with the first hoax of 600-donors in our area. Then the bookkeeping advice is they will teach you how to set up accounting. However, when you go to the 3-day class, the teaching is purchase QuickBooks and you’re on your own with a horrible list of chart of accounts that they use and tell you its sloppy accounting and you will figure it out We had to teach ourselves the proper bookkeeping AR/AP’s on our own and is very complicated. They claim they offer live examples of drug testing and alcohol, we saw drug tests performed, no alcohol test doneIn fact, one drug test was done wrong, because it was supposed to be observed, and RDTS forgot to do an observed test. They don’t teach you how to handle a positive BAT test which is extremely imperative if you really get called out to an accident and a BAT test is needed. When I called to figure out a live test with my wife and future employee, RDTS could not answer the correct procedure, got hostile, and hung up on me. So much for the phone support for year. They provide no successful business plan to prepare someone to enter this business as they claim and you do not make anywhere near the money they tell you you’re going to make prior to giving them $15,000. And then they tell you no insurance is needed when you open a Drug & Alcohol Testing Business because their is no liability. The liability is on the employer and lab. That is false, you need to carry a Professional Liability Insurance Policy to protect your business. If a donor tests positive from your business, and he/she hires an attorney and files a lawsuit, you will be part of the lawsuit. All you get for $15,is a certificate for CFR Part for screening, outdated materials, and a path to bankruptcy. People are better off going online for less than $1,and getting certified for Drug & Alcohol Testing, and actually call the labs yourself like we had too and set up accounts if they wish to enter this business. We are closing our office because it will take 6-months to ever justify opening an office unless you’re going to open up an actual medical facility and incorporate drug & alcohol screening or have trucking companies in your back pocket to get started. We ask for a full refund for this costly lousy service and hope no one else goes through this nightmare
Regards,
Tim Ford

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
In reference to the recent response, “SUPPLEMENTAL RESPONSE/TO Revdex.com COMPLAINT ID#:  [redacted]” I believe dated May 14, 2016 from RAPID DRUG TEST SYSTEMS, the 3-page document once again distorts the facts of what they market and what you get. First paragraph of their response states they did not mislead us for volume of collections.  This is false, the Chief Trainer specifically told us 600-800 donors do collections in our area every month with one preferred lab and we should get 20-25% of this number for $10 preferred collections prior to hiring them.  Then in the second paragraph they respond, “In my initial response, I mentioned that Complainant demanded confirmation that his business receive “preferred collection site status” from Quest Diagnostics prior to training.”.  This statement is TRUE!  Why on god’s earth would we spend $15,000 cash to hire Rapid Drug Test Systems, then open a collection site for drug testing without a preferred Status and not get a percentage of the 600-800 monthly donors in our area?  That’s the whole point here, we were misled by Chief Trainer telling us that Quest as just one lab has 600-800 donors monthly in our area using this preferred status collection sites.  That is what justified the expense of actually opening an office. In fact, look how they still promote these $10 collections.  Right now I just printed off a post on Rapid Drug Test Systems Facebook page, one of their promotion tools, dated May 19th, 2016 at 6:11 pm.  It says quote “A $10 collection takes ten minutes or less.  That is $1 per minute.  If your employer can do 4-6 collections an hour while waiting for $25, $40 & $75 donors they will earn twice and three times their pay?”.  Then the several sentences later in the same post it quotes, “$10 preferred providers supply large numbers of donors.”.  There is no doubt there is a lot of similarities in that recent Facebook post and what we were told prior to hiring Rapid Drug Test Systems, only difference we were told specifically 600-800 a month in our area.  Now here are our results from the preferred status, April 2016, 3 Collections, May 2016, 9 collections for a total of $120.00.  We have this Facebook documentation of above quotes to forward to the Revdex.com in case Rapid Drug Test Systems alters or deletes the post and have also attached a scanned copy to this response. In the 2nd and 3rd paragraph of their response discusses setting up a preferred site with a lab and it could take 3 weeks.  They don’t tell you this prior to spending $15,000.  They tell you less than a week, and you need the office open beforehand.  Honestly, who in their right business mind is going to spend cash to open an office, incur payroll expenses, knowing no revenue is going to be generated for 3 weeks?  This is just another example of distorting the facts and horrible business advice.  And it doesn’t take up to 3 weeks.  Now here’s the real time frame of achieving this.  Step 1, you call to see if you can be a preferred provider, Step 2 you have to get an application from the Preferred Lab, Step 3 you fill it out (Steps 1-3 takes one day), and Step 4 you wait, 5-10 days your approved and set up for this Lab as a Preferred Site.  How do I know this?  Because several weeks after completing the Rapid Drug Testing Systems course and nothing was happening I called them and they emailed me an application and did it myself.   Seriously $15,000 later I can’t even get pointed in the right direction to get an application, the have to find out who to call and how to do Steps 1-4?  And what does that have to do with a snowstorm in Colorado as they claim delaying matters?  Colorado has nothing to do with this Preferred Lab, the Colorado operation is an account to sell to your clients you seek.  Seriously, if this organization knew how to conduct business, the day you complete the course they offer you would fill out the application with the preferred Lab that they boast about for these $10 collections and complete Steps 1-4 listed above. Then in their response paragraph 5, they discuss RDTS preferred vendors or multiple labs.  They have one preferred vendor and that is it!  Rapid Drug Test Systems sets you up with a Quest Diagnostics Account to service clients you sell through this vendor.  Does this vendor offer more service than just a Quest Diagnostics Account?  Yes, but after attending their $15,000 Rapid Drug Testing Systems class you will never know this, you have to go fishing yourself. Next paragraph they discuss live examples of drug testing.  Once again 3 drug test where done at the $15,000 training, and one was an observed observation drug screen.  Chief Instructor did not do an observed drug screen as he was supposed to and it voided the drug screen. In regards to how to handle a BAT Test, which stand for Breath Alcohol Tests, once again they do not teach you the proper way to handle someone who has a positive result.  They can send over any form they claim to the Revdex.com, however you will not see the correct printed receipts with the DOT 15-minute wait delay when a positive tests occurs and could not explain how to do this when we called for help.  We had to go to the salesman that sold us the Alcohol Machine and he clarified all procedures for us. In conclusion we stand with our original claim desired of a full refund less the fair value of obtaining certification online for Supervisor Training, 49 CFR Part 40 Breath Alcohol Technician Training, 49 CFR Certified Qualified Collection Training.  We also maintain our status and ask the Revdex.com to help protect future consumers from utilizing this business so they are not misleading on promises and services they don’t uphold for a $15,000 fee they charge.
