Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint I am not satisfied with the response from NexcarThey provided different explanations regarding why this vehicle was still in our names and only passed the responsibility on to the auction company and then on to usThey have refused to accept responsibility for their negligenceThrough our own research, as instructed by the attorney, we contacted Austin and discovered that our names were still listed as the registered owners until late SeptemberThis is not acceptable business practicesWe traded and signed over that vehicle to Nexcar in JuneSo for over months, this vehicle was still registered to usHad it not been sold, when would our names have been removed? Had this vehicle been used during a crime, it would have come back to us, just as it did with this accidentHaving to take time out of our lives to deal with this is something that we should have never had to doAt this point, I want an official apology from NexcarTheir response does not satisfy me and make me any less angered by this incident Regards,

[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]We did not sign any type of form stating that we were going to be charged for mileage on the car. Once the finance company told me that the loan would need to be restructured we returned the car. If I would have signed a form stating that I would be charged for a car that was not mine we would have never drove the car off the lot until we knew that it was ours. This company asked me to lie to the finance company and I can provide call logs and other communication proving this. I just want the money back that was mine. Regards, [redacted]

I was able to get the extended service company to flat cancel this service agreementNormally it has to be done with in days of purchaseTheir turn around time for processing cancellations is 2-weeksOnce the cancellation is completed a full refund will be issued to [redacted] to credit your account there
