Sorry, l hit the wrong thing and never got reply. I took my computer to Best Buy as I was told to. They had to reinstall my Microsoft back to the day that l purchased it. They also put in malware and spyware. And updated everything on it . I payed a total of $218 for all total bill. Said that the previous repair is what.took out my Microsoft. Why would there be such a difference in price to fix it. Why if this say it was not there fault when they so called had the maul ware and spyware already in it. [redacted]
