I would like to thank Rapid Auto Glass for reviewing my complaint although it wasn't a pleasant experience for myself I am very glad that they took the acknowledgement regarding my complaint they had even taken the time to contact me personally and listen to me and address all the concerns I had I hope going forward this is not an issue for the company thank you so much [redacted]

What a joke! This company is the worst! It took them about a month to finally get a window fixed They called on the day that it was supposed to get fixed, and they gave a 2-pm window It's 5:30, still not here Plus, the guy answering the phone has zero customer service skills Do not use this company!
