He was polite, efficient, and unplugged our kitchen sink in about 45 min including clean-up
We would definitely use this service again.

Update to complaint No.[redacted]:
The issue has finally been resolved.  The owner called us the next day (Sept 12), promptly at 8am, apologized for the delayed response, and a truck was onsite 2 hours later.  The water heater was replaced under warranty, and I was not...

charged any expense (as per terms written on their own receipt that I had a copy of, back from 2008).
It appears that only the owner there can resolve warranty issues. The delay in response was due to his unavailability for the entire day of Thursday, Sept 11.
As for the business: they seriously need to engage in delegation of authority. Being a 24/7 business, that is an impossible responsibility. The owner needs to schedule a general manager or managers to perform this resolution when he is not available.
Sincerely,

Review: On 2-21-15 their workmen came to my home to resolve a problem with the plumbing in my downstairs condominium. When the people upstairs took a shower dirty water came up through the drain pipe in my tub. The workmen snaked my tub drain but could not identify why the water from upstairs was draining into it. I paid Rapid Plumbing $250 and was given a 5 day warranty. The problem continued. On 2-24-15 the workmen gained access to the upstairs condo. They damaged their pipe and the ceiling of my bathroom. The original problem continued. On 2-25-15 they accessed inside my bedroom closet wall and broke a copper pipe and made a hole in my bathroom wall. I called my realtor who inspected the damages and advised me to have the workmen repair the damage done and discontinue work on the original problem. The workmen from Rapid Plumbing repaired my broken copper pipe with plastic pipe and said that they could not repair dry wall. My realtor sent an engineer to inspect the problem. He said that all the work done by the men from Rapid Plumbing was in error. He sent a plumber who cleaned out the "cleanout" pipe in my condo which resolved the original problem. He also replaced the pipe in the upstairs condo and I paid him for these services.Desired Settlement: 1) I would like the $250 I paid to Rapid Plumbing refunded to me. 2) I would like to be reimbursed for the repairs I paid for to my neighbor upstairs condominium. 3) I would like to be reimbursed for repair to my bathroom ceiling and wall.

Review: We have a water heater that now leaks. Rapid Plumbing installed the unit 2/8/2008 with a 10-year warranty (plainly labeled on the side of the unit). A call to the manufacturer of the unit, [redacted] Corp. (200 Lafayette St., Middleville, MI 49333) reveals that the unit is only on a 6-year warranty. I have left 4 phone messages with their dispatch on Sept 11, and on one, certainly not a requested supervisor or manager, has returned my call. They did visit my residence last night (Sept 10) and determined that the unit has sprung a leak and needs replacement (technician was named [redacted].Desired Settlement: Either convince [redacted] that they needs to swap defective water heater with a new one, free of charge; or provide that same service to me themselves, to honor that explicit 10-year warranty.

Review: On Sunday 2/28/16, our main water line burst. I called Rapid Plumbing at night, they came an hour later. A worker named [redacted] and his helper arrived. They claimed they will have to dig up our lawn and driveway to fix it. [redacted] stated he could get 4 guys to do the job in 1 day, starting Monday 2/29/16. The job got finished 5 days later on Friday 3/4/16 with the clean up still happening. We lost time off work, and he broke our verbal agreement.

One worker named [redacted] was complaining to us the whole time. He said our job of $5000 was a good deal. He brought his daughter on the last day. He kept knocking on the door asking for water bottles. He used our case of water and vitamin water.

I've asked to speak to the manager [redacted] since Wednesday 3/2/16. He has not had the decency to call me not even once. I need to discuss the price and warranty. [redacted] said I paid for a 10 year warranty, when in fact I did not even ask for one. I need a refund for the warranty. [redacted] took our water pressure AFTER the job and said our warranty is void until we get a new regulator costing $2000 according to him.

[redacted] called a member of my family harassing them over the phone and behaving in the most unprofessional manner ever. He threatened to come to my house and dig up all of the work he did. I asked for a copy of what I signed, he said I can get it in court! He came to my house at 10pm on Friday 3/4/16 yelling and hollering. I called the police.

The clean up of the job was disgusting. [redacted] stated beforehand that he is a horticulturist and he will have the grass put back how he found it. Also he stated that he will do the best concrete job. Our yard was left a mess. Rocks were not even picked up until I had to call about it. [redacted] had the nerve to say he was not a gardener!

So much unprofessional-ism, breaking of laws, breaking of contracts, unanswered questions has occurred here. I am out of remaining characters for this complaint so I need to end now.Desired Settlement: I need a phone call from the manager to discuss my complaints. I need the company to look into 2 workers who caused liability issues. I need a refund for being overcharged for services. I need a warranty refund and issued a shorter warranty. I need for my grass to be fixed properly according to the worker's promise.
