THE CUSTOMER CAME INTO THE OFFICE FILLED OUT A FREE APPLICATION AND ALSO FILLED OUT A CREDIT CHECK APPLICATIONA $NON-REFUNDABLE CREDIT CHECK FEE THAT WAS EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMERCREDIT CHECKS ARE DONE THROUGH A THIRD PARTY COMPANYCUSTOMER WAS INITIALLY APPROVED FOR THE APARTMENTTHE OWNER WAS PAYING THE TENANTS UTILITIES FOR THE UNIT WHICH HE WAS ONLY CHARGING A EXTRA $PER MONTH TOWARDS THE RENT TO COMPENSATE FOR THE UTILITIESTHEREFORE TENANT WAS GETTING A DISCOUNT, WE DID NOT CHARGE THE TENANT A BROKER FEE FOR THE APARTMENT, AS IT WAS LISTEDAFTER THE TENANT WAS APPROVED FOR THE APARTMENT SHE THEN BACKED OUT OF THE LEASE SIGNING HOURS PRIORTRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO REACH OUT TO TENANT BUT SHE TEXTED ME STOP TEXTING HER SHES NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THE APARTMENT

They are not being honest. The ad said no fee. After they ran the credit check, they told me their would be a fee of $1195 PLUS an extra $50/mth for utilities. We walked out the same day and told them no thank you and asked for our money back for the credit check.  I will submit the paper that the realtor wrote on after he ran our credit check. also, they are now harassing me via phone  I do not like the way they are handling this at all  they are scamming people

CREDIT CHECKS ARE DONE THROUGH A THIRD PARTY COMPANY. CUSTOMER WAS INITIALLY APPROVED FOR THE APARTMENT. THE OWNER...

WAS PAYING THE TENANTS UTILITIES FOR THE UNIT WHICH HE WAS ONLY CHARGING A EXTRA $50 PER MONTH TOWARDS THE RENT TO COMPENSATE FOR THE UTILITIES. THEREFORE TENANT WAS GETTING A DISCOUNT, WE DID NOT CHARGE THE TENANT A BROKER FEE FOR THE APARTMENT, AS IT WAS LISTED. AFTER THE TENANT WAS APPROVED FOR THE APARTMENT SHE THEN BACKED OUT OF THE LEASE SIGNING 3 HOURS PRIOR. TRIED NUMEROUS TIMES TO REACH OUT TO TENANT BUT SHE TEXTED ME STOP TEXTING HER SHES NO LONGER INTERESTED IN THE APARTMENT.
