Review: Worked with them to look for an apartment. Apartment was found and money paid out to landlord and realtors. Lease was not activated ( move in date was 9/*) due to issues with the landlord . Landlord returned the money. Called and made Rapid Realty reprensentatives (our agent [redacted] and [redacted] ) aware of situation. [redacted] advised we would get a refund. We advised we would like to continue to work with them to look for an apartment. We continued to look but did not see anything we liked. We asked for the money to be returned the middle of October, but continued to work with agent. The agent advised she would put the request in. We waited and when we asked our agent she then referred us to [redacted] who handles the refunds. My fiancee called the office mutiple times with no success in reaching [redacted],when he did reach [redacted] he was advised he was just putting in the paper work( around 11/*). When we again spoke with the agent [redacted] she advised she had already returned her commission and it was all on the refund department.My fiancee tried to reach [redacted] , but he was never in the office or the phone rang out. I called around11/** I spoke with [redacted] and he advised our situation was being handled and he would call me back on 11/** to advise what day to pick up the check since all parties had returned their commission. No call received 11/** we again tried to reach him 11/** multiple times with no success. I did speak with him 11/** he asked me to call him back, but when I did call back he was not in and requested a call back .No call back received. I called back again asked for the owner who was not in, then I asked for [redacted] and he now advises me I need to speak with a broker named [redacted] ( who is also the owner)who can handle the situation since he([redacted]) is new and unfamiliar with the issue. I asked questions and verifed that this person was expecting my call . I called the number immediately and got a recording for a voice mail which then was advised it was full. I called back the office right back and now [redacted] was out again.Desired Settlement: we would like our money to be refunded.

After 2 attempts and 2 checks I received my full refund from the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
