This is to inform you that we ,Rapid Riverdale Inc, showed [redacted] a apartment, he liked it, applied for it, we got him approved and he backed out We gave him his money back , even...
after we did our job The refund process 48 business hours we also gave him his money back
directly by Rapid Realty NYC regarding complaint ID [redacted], however, my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The broker, Johnny C[redacted], once again was very unprofessional. He did not try to resolve the issue. He called me just to call me a liar and that "karma" would get me. I have a receipt from him stating that the deposit would be returned if I were to not be approved for the apartment. Our deposit was five hundred dollars-- I told the broker that I could understand if $100 was kept for the credit check but I did expect the rest of the money, a total of $400, returned. However, he yelled at me and berated me for a half hour over the phone, speaking over me, and barely let me get a word in edgewise. Unfortunately, speaking to him did not resolve anything and I do not expect any further conversation with him will prove otherwise.
I did try to get in touch with their corporate office. Someone responded to an email of mine which I sent on October [redacted]. I was told they would get in touch with him-- this was before Mr. C[redacted] contacted me. However, I have not heard from them since October [redacted] which was the last day of email correspondence with Rapid Realty.
