Our condo Association - Glen Arbor Park of Park Forest, IL has a deal with these company to remove cars that don;t belong or ave expired parking stickersThat we all understand WHat I cannot understand is that if I paid for my condo / townhouse and have a paid if full parking slot...Why tow me at all? My car was towed illegally by Rapid Recovery on July 5, I was given permission to park in a private lot from *** Corporation Construction I have been parking in this lot for years When I asked Rapid Recovery who authorized him to tow my car, Rapid Recovery refushed to tell me Illinois law states that if you are to tow a vehicle you must post a sign at each entrance There were no signs posted at the entrance There was sign posted (which was not visible from where I parked) This company has violated Illinois Law I seek to be reimbursed for $(this was the cost which I had to pay to recover my vehicle) The owner is uncooperative and very unprofessional
