This company is a negative rating as far as I an concernedI read all the other reviews and it was like reliving the same nightmarePaul and Krystal Barbosa are no different than bank robbersThey take your money cash it in that day and disappearWhy are they not in jail?
Our home flooded during Hurricane Harvey and Krystle's Kitchen and Bath Design Studio was recommend to us by some friends , whose home was just renovated by Krystle's We signed a contract with them on December 22, and paid 50% of the deposit We met with them again on February 22, to add the tile for the floor, upgrade our Powder toliet and sink and paid an additional $ Krystle's company began demolition on January 19th, so we moved out for almost months They began to lay my tile floor on April 13th, almost months after they demo'd We decided to move back home in early May, with little progress made in my home They asked for the next payment of 25% of the contract on May 4th They would not return our phone calls, texts or emails When we finally did get a hold of them, we were able to get them to my home on June 14th We walked my home with Krystle and Paul B*** the owners of Krystle's Kitchen and Bath Design Studio, to go room by room to talk about
Company was to remodel our kitchen Work included, but not limited to, new cabinets, counter tops, back splashes, lighting, electrical wiring and receptacles, sink, new microwave with vent hood and room paintRevise floor plan to relocate pantry and refrigeratorRepair floor to match modified floor plan Company partially completed the work and received scheduled payments The back splashes, vent hood, floor repair, electrical installations and paint has not been completed Company office is now closed with a sign on the door for legal action by landlord for non payment of rent All the company contact phones have been disconnected
We contracted with Krystles Kitchen and Bath for a full remodel of our master bathroom We have made all payments on time, been available for all required appointments, made our home available 24/with a lock box, and been responsive to all the needs of the business to get the job done They estimated a six-week completion schedule Demolition began on February 19, To date the bathroom renovations are not complete, we estimate the work is 65-70% done No work has been done in the past two weeks Throughout the progress of the job Krystle's has been almost non-responsive to our growing number of requests for job status updates and attempts to move the work forward They do not answer phone calls and the only way we can get any response is to drive to their offices There is frequently no one there All delays are blamed on subcontractors, when we can reach them at all During the time we have been working with them they have either fired or lost two receptionists and ou
