Rapid Response provides sub contract monitoring services for dealers in the alarm industry. We do not call any individuals or businesses to provide these services, only alarm dealers. We have no record of this person in our system

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
It is unfortunate that me and my wife both provided the correct pass codes but these were not accepted.
My complaint is:  The Central Station changed our pass codes without permission of the account holder.  These codes should never be changed without my permission.
Neither me or my wife changed our codes and they worked in the past.     
I am not satisfied with the response from the business.  It is unacceptable to change customer security pass codes without their permission and it is even worse that this business refuses to accept responsibility or even acknowledge their error.  
 
Their response is incomplete, I was called as well and provided my KNOWN pass codes which were also rejected, and does not address the central issue of my complaint.  
 
This response is an insult.

The customer's wife called into the central station and did not give the proper password, she gave a list of passwords and keypad numbers but not the password needed.  Due to the nature of our business and the lives and property entrusted to us we cannot accept anything but the password that...

the customer gives us when they fill out the paperwork with their security company.    There is no deviation or exceptions.  It is unfortunate that she could not remember her password but the Rapid Response operator was only doing their job.
