THE GOOD:

I got my part!!! Hurrah! Rapid Ron's Racing is legit!!! They really do sell parts... even though there are no other reviews out there... except *** reviews... and who in their right mind believes those? (You can believe this review... I am a real person buying a part from them)...(trust me, I am talking about the good things now, but the bad is down further)

The prices on Rapid Ron's Racing are very competitive! And, they do have a selection!

I am the type of guy that likes helping out the little businesses, so I try go purchase from them as much as I can. Someone told me about Rapid Ron's Racing, so I figured I would try them out.

THE BAD:

If I had a choice between a product from *** and Rapid Ron's Racing... it would be a hard choice, but I very well might choose *** Why? Well, the main reason is because *** customer service rocks compared to Rapid Ron's Racing... Rapid Ron's racing has a phone number you can call, and you are told to leave your name and number... but the mailbox is full, so that is not possible. They do get back to you via email, so it seems, but if you would rather talk to someone over the phone about a potential issue with an order, you might want to choose *** or Summit racing. Yes, it is true that you have to wait to speak with a *** representative for quite a while... but at least you eventually get one! Maybe Rapid Ron's Racing will eventually clean out their voicemail, and actually answer the phone!!! Then, Rapid Ron's Racing would give *** and the other parts suppliers a run for their money!

The part that I ordered came broken... which is disappointing. What I ordered is poly-carbonate, which is breakable. This is obviously not Rapid Ron's Racing fault that it broke (I can't possibly believe that they would sell it to me like that, so I would definitely blame the shipper)... but just the same, it is Rapid Ron's racing's responsibility to make it right, so we shall see if they do. For me, the poly-carbonate parts are spares... so if Rapid Ron's Racing does not make it right... then I will still be rocking and rolling... but Rapid Ron's Racing will just lose a potential repeat customer.

To me, if Rapid Ron's Racing makes this right with the broken parts, and the customer service, I will be back. I would rather buy from them than somewhere like *** but what I would do, if I bought from them again, is before I placed the order, call their phone number to discuss the purchase and see if they answer or if you can leave a voicemail... if not... then go somewhere else.
