Rapid Roofing & Restoration

We had leaking roof and called Rapid Roofing. Apparently it was busy time for roofing company but they tried very hard to find time for us ( call us back in very shot time, twice) so we were able to have inspector come out much earlier than other company we called. On the day of the inspection, the owner was right on time and inspected the roof. He was very professional, kind and very hornets on information about our roof such as the roof age, the problem he found. Because it was a small problem, so he fix it and did not even charge us a penny. I definitely will use this company in future.

My husband and I were both at work (home owners). We come home after work and find that Rapid Roofing had shown up and was all over our roof. doing inspection after large hail storm. We did not solicit Rapid Roofing. We did not give permission for them to be on our roof at all. I have no idea what they did, or did not do. We were not home, only underage son. Rapid Roofing left their business card. I called project manager and let him know we did not appreciate anyone on our roof without permission.. He admitted they did go on our roof without permission, and apologized.

I am leaving this complaint to let people know if this business crosses this line with their practices it cannot be good.
