I recommend Rapid Roofing because they did an outstanding job and completed my replacement roofing and gutters in a day and a half and cleaned up all of the materials. In other works, they stand by their name of RAPID because they were QUICK! Outstanding job.

It’s nice to know there are honest companies and people around. I Highly recommend Rapid Roofing. I contacted 4 roofers including Rapid Roofing. One Roofer gave me an estimate in the Thousands, The 2nd said they would charge $200 for an inspection, The 3rd did not reply back. And the 4th Rapid Roofing came out and inspected my roof for Free. He informed me that all I needed was a small repair that any handyman could do and even gave me a name of a person in my own town that could do the work. They left with my gratitude and my assurance when my roof will need replacing I will call them.

Had a quote from Seth and Derrick. These guys were the selling point . Honest and to the point. I had 5 quotes and they were the only salesmen that got on the roof. There price was in the ball park and the material was better then the other quotes I got. I decided to go with Rapid Roof because they were more professional then the rest. The crew that installed the roof work as a team. They worked to the job was done. Even the roofers after they were done came down and help clean the mess up.

I hired R.H.I. Inc. to fix my foundation. The sales person Sean Flattery had told me it would take 3 days to complete and it took 4. From September 4th through the 7th. For the amount of $250 they were to move the water heater, water softner and the water holding tank and put back when job was completed.

After the work was done I found the water heater was set up on wood blocks, the water holding tank was not put back. I contacted Sean Flattery in regards to the mess they had made and he stated that he would send me a $100 gift card. I never heard from him or received the gift card. He didn't explain any of this and why it happened. I then called the company and asked to speak with a manager and the receptionist asked if this was about all the cement dust and I told her no she then gave me the sales person instead. I got no where with him.

In the mean time I discovered they had left on the basement lights on, didn't
put the smoke alarm back up, left concrete and tile in the sump pump, cut the furnace pipes for the humidifier that led to the sump pump which then had to be repaired and the holding water tank had to be replaced because they broke the bladder inside. I have spent over $1000 to repair all of this and I want the $250 fee returned.

I contracted with Rapid-Dri on the recommendation of someone I had trusted. I was advised that my house was sinking on one corner and I would need extensive work on the basement, in addition to waterproofing. Another contractor disagreed, but I decided to trust this assessment. I have since had two additional assessments, including one from inspectors from my city. All agree that Rapid-Dri's diagnosis of the problem is wrong. Rapid-Dri is refusing to give me my $6,150 deposit back. In addition, the state requires that salespeople have a Building Salesperson's license, which is shown upon entering the home and before making any sale. *** has failed to produce such a license, and there is no evidence of it on his contract. He has told me he will share the information once everything is resolved.

I think they did a great job with service, installation, and follow up. I wanted to wait until I went through one winter to ensure that the shingles stayed on well and they sure did! We had a rough winter in Michigan and you wouldn't know it by looking at my roof! Great job!!

After I bought my new home in Ann Arbor I knew it was going to need a new roof very soon. I heard about Rapid Roofing from a friend of mine and decided to call to get a quote. After speaking with them and having them come out to give a quote, I decided to go ahead with having the work done. They did the job quickly and cleaned up as they went. I was very impressed with how professional they were and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.

We recently had our roof replaced and chose Rapid Roofing for the job. When Mike came out to our house for the initial estimate he really took his time to assess our roofing situation and he answered all our questions. He then provided us with a no pressure estimate as well as financing options. We really like Mike: calm, honest, trustworthy and just a nice guy. After talking to a few other contractors, it was easy to make the decision to move forward with Rapid Roofing. Mike came back for the shingle color selection and the actual roofing job was completed a few weeks later with a pretty large and hardworking crew (8 people) that worked all day (and part of the evening) to complete our roof. Everything looks great thanks to Rapid Roofing!

We had our roof redone in July and we're very pleased with Rapid Roofing!! Mike did an excellent job inspecting our roof and attic prior to submitting our quote. Andy was great in coordinating our project!! And we were so happy with the great job that Alex and the crew did!! They completed our entire project (including added insulation in the attic) in only 2 days! They were very professional and did an excellent cleanup at the end of each day.
