I am the owner & director of administrationWe answered her original response & gave her a couple of options but did not hear from herPer her specifications in her response, we retested at no charge and we have re-reviewed & emailed the results to her this morning

This is like closing the door after the horse has ran out of the barnEmailing the report days later due to my contacting the Revdex.com, and after I enlisted the services of another lab the same day I filed the complaint with the Revdex.com, is uselessI also selected the option on the complaint form to request a refundAgain, after filing the complaint, I later learned directly from *** this was not the appropriate test; it was impracticalThey suggested another test which required additional family members and I had to pay an additional amount of money againIt seems to me you could have suggested this type of test in the beginning if you are knowledgeable in the field, and if you had reviewed the report, you could have brought the error to ***'s attention*** also stated a vendor may request them to test DNA and they will do so but it may not be a suitable test in which they do not comment nor discuss recommendations with the vendor
After reviewing this report, I have no way of knowing if the DNA samples were actually retestedThe report emailed appears to be almost exactly the same with exceptions of the race being typed in and a different notaryGiven the bad experience of dodging my calls for days, having to file a complaint with the Revdex.com, paying another lab and hearing from *** this type of testing is impractical that some vendors make this error has made me very waryGiven, the stress which I've been subjected and all the research a layman like me had to do; I believe a refund is appropriate

The Payment was declined several times.  Mrs. [redacted] unintentionally ran the card for the full payment instead of the balance.The over charge has been refunded.

I learned from Lab Corp that the test they did was the least accurate and was not the appropriate test. They knew this because I told them the Father was deceased.They did not tell me that I needed the Mother to do the test. I feel due to the nature of the business actions I would like a full refund due to misguided test and inaccurate result.

terms and conditions of the testing. We can not explain our terms of service to every patient that calls in. this is why we have a website. we have a situation internally that needs to be addresses this patient was mistreated therefore we are refunding the rest of her money today.
