Rapid Sewer Cleaners Did job in my apartment. After they completed the Job, I started experiencing flooding in my bathroom. I called the office and complained about the situation. They sent their man [redacted] over here. Not to fix the problem, but to pick a fight with me. He came in my home, pointing his fingers in my face and threatening me. Warning me about how "I made a big mistake". He came in blaming me. He said "All I wanna know , is who is going to pay for this". He instigated an argument with me and then left without completing the job. It has to be one of the most unprofessional experience I have ever dealt with. I have never been treated so poorly by someone I invited into my home. Do yourself a favor, Call someone else. Apparently, If you call to complain. They threaten to charge you with Harassment. [redacted] call me personally to threaten me for putting up this post. What a bunch of worms. I am a home bound [redacted] patient. Not only did I get threaten by [redacted] over the phone, but he also told me to get a job and do something with my life.
