Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: I did sign for the vehicleUpon delivery it was so dirty from transport that it needed to be washedThe driver couldnt wait.so I signed for it an washed itAfter washing it the damage was discoveredI immediately contacted the number that I had for dispatch to report the damage I sent you a copy of that messageI also sent you a copy of the inspection that clearly shows that was no damage prior to transportI also sent this Transport company all copies of documentation via fax last weekThey have yet to respond to any of my claimsThis damage was not here prior to transport I understand that it was an accident as it appears the vehicle above me the brake fluid on to my vehicle which is what caused the damageI understand it was an accident but I also do not feel that I should have to pay the $1,to have the vehicle fixed thank you for your helpSincerely,*** ***

HELLOim are attaching the bol/ inspection sheet that was done condition report on pick up also done on deliveryand signed by both driver and customer on delivery releasing carrier of all damages. * this car was not from Washington but from Oregonand we have not
received any estimates or anything like that from this customerwe don't have any pictures showing any damage Also She paid us Only $to transport, it shows on the inspection form.
