On [redacted] I spoke with water company and authorized that the water at our rental location could be turn on on [redacted] for our new tenants that were moving in that eveningWhen I arrived at the residence after 6:30pm that evening to meet the tenants there was a note on the door that the water could not be turned on as nobody was home Not once was it mentioned to me in my conversation that I needed to be there and the new tenant stated nobody advised him eitherI called the number and was charged a $ [redacted] fee for non emergency turn on I could not legally have a family move in with no water I had told the service guy I would just call Monday and visit with the office When I called on Monday I simply had explained the situation and that someone should have mentioned it to me when I visited with them and she stated that the appointment is made with the new account holder I explained that the new tenant did not receive keys to that property until pm [redacted] and there for would
