SCAM! Don't get near them
We received a phone call from them months ago offering a hotel package in Las Vegas We paid them the full amount and when we tried to book our hotel, they said they were overbooked and we could use it in January We tried to book a reservation for January and they ignore our calls and emails This past week, we were in Las Vegas and went to their office The office is closed, no one is there Left another voicemail message the same day and said we would give them a bad review if they did not return our call but even so, no one called us back We learned they are subcontractors for *** *** *** and located in the same building
I cannot recommend staying away from this company moreThey are disorganized and dishonestNot only did they miss their guaranteed delivery date by days, but they shipped an incomplete and incorrect product....then only offered to refund the shipping costsThis was a very time sensitive order that no longer fulfills the need, yet they continue to refuse to offer a full refund for a product that was delivered late and was not what I orderedDO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
