On August 6, 2017,at 11:am, I was Car # *** and last digits of sale number *** at Rapid Xpress Car Wash located at *** * ***, ***, *** *** While taking off my truck antenna with a tool prior to the wash, my truck was scratchedIt is a half circle surrounding the antenna areaMy truck is brand new and it was its first car wash and it is now damagedThe dealer has verified the scratch and it is to deep to buff outI went in to advise the establishment in the morning on August 7, 2017, and was told to leave a note, I didI called (same date in afternoon)to see if owner or manager had arrived and was told no and left another messageI called back later and no answer at all on several occasions and it would ring and hang up I have reciept

I went yesterday July to get my car washed and vacuumDuring vacuuming I noticed the vacuum hose was scratching and had scratched my driver's back panel and immediately ask to speak to manager and ask to discontinue my membership as I only been a member a little over a monthThe attendant told me she refunded me $dollars and she could not get ahold of manager as he was on VacationI asked for manager's phone number and called him while I was still at businessHe said he will look at video and call me to resolve my issueI called him today and still haven't received a call backI have my receipt and wish to have this issue resolved as my vehicle was in mint condition before my wash and vacuumI took a picture as well

This email is intended to address the complaint filed against Rapid Xpress Car Wash.  The customer was claiming that the Car Wash vacuums scratched her car.   Our Vacuums are self-served and are not controlled or operated by a representative of the Car Wash, nor does it...

self-vacuum customer's vehicle.  The customer has to physically use the vacuum.  From the footage, the customer was using the vacuum and the hose was rubbing against her car.  It was due to the carelessness of the customer that the scratches were left on the vehicle.   We tried to explain but she refused to reason with us.      if you have any further questions, please feel free to contact me.
