To whom it may concern, On October 05, 2015, the customer came to Rapid’s TV and phone repair to have her phone assembled, which she bought, on ebayBefore coming to the shop she went ot another repair shop and she was told there that we only charged dollars to check if her device (phone) was complete for us to assembleOnce we checked her phone we diagnosed that we could reassemble her phone and the charge for that would be dollarsUnfortunately the customer thought that the dollars was all she had to payWe informed her that because we are an honest business we would lower the charge to only dollarsWe strive on customer service and felt that we were going out of our way to leave her satisfiedHowever the customer, became belligerent and aggressive, she threatened to call the Revdex.com Evidently, the customer filed a report with your agencyWe have her phone and are more than willing to return her phone to herShe is free to come by anytime during our business hours Monday – Saturday 10:00a.m- 7p.mNever once was she negated her deviceShe has always been free to walk in at any moment to pick up her device We ask that you inform the customer that she can pick it up at her convenience during our business hours, and ask that you come by our shop if need be, and see that ours is an honest place of business -Yours truly Rapid’s Tv and cell phone Repair
