The Customer in this complaint made a request to our offices for the purpose of having Low Voltage LED lights installedThe customer DID NOT have the total amount for the work to be done so out of
courtesy with extended credit to him with a down payment of $after two weeks telling us he was not ready yet for the installation he contacted us and let us know that he will be not doing the job anymoreAt that point we refunded $deposited to his WELLS FARGO account No*** and the remaining $were to be mailed to him in check when we got a refund back of all equipment originally purchased to perform the job requested by customerWe instructed the Customer this last refund could take to business days for processing and delivery, we have already processed this refund and customer should have it in the mail any time nowThis customer has worked with us several times in the past and there has never been any problems, o ur contact number is the same for our business ###-###-#### and it has never changed, maybe the customer got confused and was calling a different number or a personal number for one of our sales reps and that is not a good practiceRapide Group is 100% in contact with the public and all its customers, we work with several business franchises and we pride ourselves to always install the best equipment brands and create custom solutions for our customersWe would be more than happy to provide Business Referal if requestedThanks

His statement is incorrect, he was indeed scamming us for the money, we did indeed have the full amount but we only wanted to give a deposit since business has to be done correctlyWe tried locating him I'm many occasions and I called his friend that stated that he was no longer friends with the individual because of his scamming of honest hard working people that seem to not have any legal knowledge whatsoeverAfter two weeks later of me processing my complaints and finding his last name there was that he then decided to pay the 700$ in a wellsfargo depositWe did not in any moment agreed in receiving the 200$ in the mail which makes no sense since he deposited the first $to well FargoHis statements are indeed falce.

Review: [redacted] works under rapide group llc, he had came to my establishment as electrician contractor, we had agreed on certain work to be done for a reasonable amount of money wich is [redacted] he then send an invoice and asked for a 700 deposit upfront wich I gave him, after the money was given to him he then cut all communications with me, his phone lines were not available. Then to only find out by some friends he has been working with a fake company going from business to business doing fraudDesired Settlement: I would like for my $700 deposit back, also I would like for his licence to be stripped if has one, and for his face and name to be put on the fraud pages, and his records.

The Customer in this complaint made a request to our offices for the purpose of having Low Voltage LED lights installed. The customer DID NOT have the total amount for the work to be done so out of courtesy with extended credit to him with a down payment of $700.00 after two weeks telling us he was not ready yet for the installation he contacted us and let us know that he will be not doing the job anymore. At that point we refunded $500 deposited to his WELLS FARGO account No. [redacted] and the remaining $200 were to be mailed to him in check when we got a refund back of all equipment originally purchased to perform the job requested by customer. We instructed the Customer this last refund could take 10 to 15 business days for processing and delivery, we have already processed this refund and customer should have it in the mail any time now. This customer has worked with us several times in the past and there has never been any problems, o ur contact number is the same for our business ###-###-#### and it has never changed, maybe the customer got confused and was calling a different number or a personal number for one of our sales reps and that is not a good practice. Rapide Group is 100% in contact with the public and all its customers, we work with several business franchises and we pride ourselves to always install the best equipment brands and create custom solutions for our customers.
