The second time I've been burned! The first time they charged me for a year after I had cancelled and it tooka bout months to get the money back, although they did eventually refund itThe FAX QUALITY WAS ILLEGIBLE!!! This time I tested it out and used a limited balance card...so it suspended the account the next month when it went over: I tried to log on to assess the situation and figure out what card I was being charged on and it wouldn't allow me to log on since I was suspended account! I didn't spend more than minutes on it that day probably....now I find out that I've been charged for months of service I never usedAnd they refuse to refund a centAlso very obviously outsourced CS to India most likely (strong accents) and the people who answer phone are mostly polite, but told me they can't refund a single cent! The second experience is not a nightmare so far, but I am waiting to see if they don't charge me any more as promised and plan to write a letter to the company with a lawyer to attempt to refund $
