taxpayer or customer reviews his tax return to make sure all the information is correct and accurate. If it is correct then it gets filed with the IRS after they reviewe it and sign it. I have a file copy of his 1040 tax return with this signature. No where in my office file I have anything written with his handwritten about a p o box address. He is upset because he has not received his refund from the IRS, but this is due to the IRS requesting additional information on his return. We dont know what information the irs is requesting as he has not received a notice from the irs.I am sorry [redacted] is upset. Have him contact me directly at [redacted] and ask for myself [redacted] I would be more than happy to help him.  I also have a copy of his tax return and I no where I see a po box.Thank you,[redacted]

On march 25th we went to the ofife at southern and stapley waited an hour and no body were there, with me there were 2 more persons, and while waiting another 3 people showed I called to the main office, they asked me to wait for five mints, called 3 more times and got the same answer , to waite for 5 mins. I wont recomend this company to no bidy, they are very irresponsable and not good custumer service at all. [redacted]

Review: Hi I'm [redacted] on February 16 2015 I went to file my taxes at rapido express taxes services in [redacted] when I was filling my taxes I told that lady was doing my taxes to put my fiscal address and attach my p.o.box number because on fiscal address I don't receive any mail I repeat several times to her she told me don't worry everything is going to be okay well she submit my taxes electronic suppose to I get my money in two weeks well time pass on nothing I call the office and every time I call she tell me they still processing your taxes and today March 26 2015 I call irs they told me they send me a letter saying they need additional information I tell that person I was talking in the phone that I have a p.o.box and he said why u don't putting in u file taxes I explain to him and he put my p.o.box number on my file now I need to wait to get the letter and send it back with the information they need and I need to wait 30 days for my money if that lady when she file my taxes put all that information together I was not going to all this trouble with my taxes I paid 300 dollars for that service and I felt like that person did my taxes she don't know what she was doingDesired Settlement: I think that minimum they can do y refund my money back because I'm not happy with the service they provide to me because I provided all that information they need and still she don't want to put my p.o.box number

Review: I filed for disability benefits and in 2011 I finally got my benefits. I had been retired now since I couldn't work any more and in 2011 I got some money from Social Security and my retirement money. I then had to file my tax's for that year. I went to Rapid'o Express so they could file it. I took all my papers to them from all the money I had receved so they could figure out what money had to be reported. Mrs.[redacted] the lady who was filing my taxes told me that some of the money from my Social Security didn't have to be reported and so she didn't add it to the forms. On the summer of 2013 I get a letter from the IRS stating that I had not reported some money and so I owed them money. The total amount due exceeds the $11,000. When I call the IRS to try and figure out what was happing they said it was money I had received but had not reported. so I then told IRS that I had taken all the papers to a tax preparer and that she had specifically told me that, that money did not had to be reported. After visiting the IRS office and having someone review my tax forms they told me that the tax forms had been filed wrong. I tried speaking to Mrs. [redacted] about the issues I was having because of her service but the company told me she wasn't hired there at the time because she only works a couple of months in the year with them. So I then tried speaking with a manager from the tax company but they told me he wasn't present and that I had to leave my name and number so he could call me when he would be available. So I did but that was over a month ago and still no call from them. I have gone two times already and they have told me that they will contact me. I have a 90 day time frame to give IRS a response about how I will be paying for this money. I really hope we can settle this problem soon.Desired Settlement: Filing your tax's is an important task and I don't know how to fill out the paper work and that's why I went to someone who is hired to do that. owning the IRS is a serious matter and I don't want any problems with anybody. This company should make sure the people they hire are capable of doing there job the right way. It would save us customers, time and money.

Mr[redacted] came in July 24th 2013 with a letter from the IRS. Where the IRS indicates that he had not reported all his income, from social security and at that time we told him that, that was the reason why the IRS wash charging him. In that moment the client stated " Why do I have to report that income that took them over 4 years to approved them, their disability income..." at that time he said " I will be back later, I am going to investigate this with the IRS..." During this time, we told him that his form from the social security income, was not in our file, nor was in his file of him " client's copy that he keeps" this tells us, that he never brought that form to us when he came in to prepare his taxes. In other words, in March 12, 2012 came in to do his personal taxes, but did not bring with him copies of his disability income. We keep copies of all clients documents in our file, we also attach them to their file.

In August 16th 2013 called back again, now with a different version. He told us that " the tax specialist had told him, that he did not need to include such income in his taxes.."

we then again, told him that we did not have any notes or papers as to such statement. Mrs. [redacted] has been with the company for over 5 years and has experience in the tax preparation field. She is very competent with this type of taxes and forms. The company offers mandatory training to all the employees. Which we go over several items, long and short form. New laws and rules for federal and state.

At this time we inform Mr. [redacted]that he was overpaid in tax return, therefore we can do an amended return or paid the correct amount in taxes. He basically underreported his income, that's the reason he received such big refund from the IRS, of $ 18,164 refund from the IRS. If he had reported all his income, including social security disability his refund would have been less. In this case, he needs to return the money that was overpaid to him.

It would be for example if someone goes to the store and the cashier gives a wrong change, more money. In this case, if someone pays more than the correct amount, you have to return it, is not yours. Simple as that!!!

In our last conversation he said that his lawyer had told him that he was entitle to receive about $14,000.00. We dont know as to how he arrived to this amount, because we dont have the form.We will need to have the form in order to find out, exactly how much is his correct refund for 2011. At this time, we would be happy to help him correct his return or make any installment payments. Thank you,
