To whom it may concern,   On October 05, 2015, the customer came to Rapid’s TV and phone repair to have her phone assembled, which she bought, on ebay. Before coming to the shop she went ot another repair shop and she was told there that we only charged 15 dollars to check if her device (phone)...

was complete for us to assemble. Once we checked her phone we diagnosed that we could reassemble her phone and the charge for that would be 35 dollars. Unfortunately the customer thought that the 15 dollars was all she had to pay. We informed her that because we are an honest business we would lower the charge to only 20 dollars. We strive on customer service and felt that we were going out of our way to leave her satisfied. However the customer, became belligerent and aggressive, she threatened to call the Revdex.com.             Evidently, the customer filed a report with your agency. We have her phone and are more than willing to return her phone to her. She is free to come by anytime during our business hours Monday – Saturday 10:00a.m- 7p.m. Never once was she negated her device. She has always been free to walk in at any moment to pick up her device.             We ask that you inform the customer that she can pick it up at her convenience during our business hours, and ask that you come by our shop if need be, and see that ours is an honest place of business                                             ...⇄ -Yours truly Rapid’s Tv and cell phone Repair
