Here is the convo with the customer and also his friend who didn't buy from us also gave us a bad google reviews then made a complaint under a woman's maybe his wife or girlfriends name.Unedited This is mac the manager at Rapids..im sorry you had trouble with your mod.I'm confused you had the mod a few weeks and now its broken or you came back in 24hrs with issues and what happened was the issue fixed .99% of vape shops have the same return policy and that's due to the manufacture policy with us.They tell us to have the customer contact them and that we our self cant return them I would be able to give you a deep discount on a new mod while you wait on the manufacture to resolve your issueI over stand the importance of a vape and the addiction to cigs and nic so having a working mod is importantIts just once it leave the store we don't know if its bin dropped or wet or mistreated and there is no way we could know and that's another reason for the policyI would like to know more and if I can help ask for MacHave a great dayI wish this place was better, its location is convenient, and the employees seem friendly, but if you have issues, they drop the ballI bought a vape mod from them in October, and had issues with the mod within a few weeks, when I went in and asked if they could help, they said it was too long to do anything about, and i'd have to go through the manufacturerInitially I thought, okay fine, I can understand it being too longThat should've been my hintNow Sunday I bought a new mod kit from them this weekend, spent nearly $200, and in less than hours went back because the tank on the mod was leaking like crazy, and spitting hot juice (not vapor) into my mouthThe employee was helpful and tried to mess with the tank to get it better, which it appeared to be, till I went home and started vaping for a bit, and once it got warm, it started leaking againThe issue comes down to their return policyEven when I came back within hours of purchasing, they told me they couldn't do anything about it, because the mod was usedHow am I supposed to know that you sold me garbage without using it?
