Most importantly this format is not the place to air out all of these new suggestions and or complaints and suggestionsI feel you should set him straight on what the Revdex.com is really meant to be used forKentucky Realty can do nothing without Boards direction and OK to spend moneyWE can not dispatch anyone down there without prior consent from the Board*** needs to ask for different items to be done using proper channels and not use Revdex.com to air his suggestionsHe can write them down and send them to our address and we can fore ward them to the BoardIf they decide not to do an item or two that is up to the Board and should not reflect on our good name since they are not our call as to what and when something will get doneIn the future his displeasure should not be aimed at Kentucky RealtyPlease explain to *** the proper way to ask for helpExplain we are only in the middle here and we can not do anything without Board Direction and consentWe hope this is the last time we will hear from *** thru your businessThe name of the organization that does the outside review is; *** *** * *** PSCWe will ask the Board for a copy and send it to ***I hope this takes care of this

I received a letter from KY Realty advising me of their notification of my complaintThey do not respond in a timely manner to myself or my realtor and I am in the process of selling the unitI will wait and see how this process goes before I accept his response

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to [redacted] and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. We do not accept the response from [redacted]. We were given the [redacted] at our closing. In their initial response (dated 6/23/2017) [redacted] referred us to Rule 8 of this document as the reason we had to remove our landscaping. Then, after we did not accept that response, in their response dated 7/12/2017, they are referring to a different document on their website as the reason we had to remove our landscaping. We did not get this document at our closing. If this other document on their website is the reason we had to remove our landscaping, then we should have been given this other document at our closing. [redacted] is also asserting that we should have contacted their office to question what we were told by their employee before we removed our landscaping. That does not make any sense at all. To resolve this complaint, we need to be reimbursed for our expenses.
Regards,
Martin Pearson

In response to the Pearson complaint we will not be reimbursing them for their landscaping.  [redacted] came to their home and gave them a verbal warning about the complaint that had been called into our office. [redacted] gave them section 3 documents at their closing.  In their documents it states that they are to be a part of the [redacted] and will pay dues once bonds are released.  The [redacted]documents are available on the website, and an additional document that the [redacted] voted on at a meeting in 2012 is listed [redacted] .  [redacted] referred to this item that when the bonds were released later this summer and they began to pay dues, they would receive a written violation from the [redacted] for their landscaping.  [redacted] verbal warning was to prepare them to have time to not receive this warning.  They did not contact our office to question the matter or the [redacted] until they had taken the landscaping away.  Once [redacted] became they property manager and began dialogue with the homeowners she asked how she could help them proceed in taking the next step for their future projects and they declined to discuss the issue forward.

Our office received phone complaints about the above mentioned address as it did not  match the character of the neighborhood and was an eyesore to the neighbors. The anonymous caller was asked to send in pictures (attached above) of the yard in question. [redacted] did visit this home to...

discuss the backyard.  There was no written warning at that time.  [redacted] describes the expectations of lot condition. [redacted] discussed with them that when they are part of the [redacted] in late summer she would have to give them a fine for this type of complaint. [redacted] states that the homeowners in [redacted] are under the authority of the [redacted] but will not pay dues until the bonds are released. The developer is very close and by end of summer will have these released. [redacted] had email correspondence with the homeowners filing the complaint.  She answered that she could not give them details to a conversation between the homeowners and a past employee, but could state how she would have responded to the complaint.  She also asked to have a conversation to discuss this matter and they denied the request. She stated she would like to see how we could move forward with this and any new project in the future.  They responded to her email that they wanted her to contact [redacted] to find out details.  They wanted the complaints and pictures given to them. [redacted] has been in contact with the developer and the [redacted] with this matter. Both parties are working in the best interest of all homeowners of [redacted].

3. Why is there a large tire and wood pallets next to E building, been there for weeks.
4. Two fake plants by mail boxes need to be put in trash.
5. Weekly cleaning including the grounds and parking lot.
6. Name of organization that does the outside audit, past 5 years.
7. Rock garden or something for D building, has looked forever, and a fence for in front of ac units.
8. Can I get dish network?

First of all I must state; we work for the Board at the condo complex and take our orders from them. When the request came in for all of the financials the Board responded with the Idea that the customer should go into our office where he was invited but failed to ever make an appointment or...

show up at our office. The Board did feel that copying all of the records would be too expensive. I made three different attempts to visit the owner at his door during different and random times, when I was there performing other duties, I had no luck in ever finding him at home. Since then I have heard nothing from this customer and assumed the problem was resolved when I sent him one month of the financials. The complaint says that he contacted our web site and has heard nothing. We have researched our data and no attempt was ever recorded on our web site from this customer in the last month or so, So his contention that he had NO reply was right, because we had no idea he was trying to contact us in that manner. Before and many times he has contacted me direct on my email and he has gotten a response every time. If he would always contact the manager direct via email he will never have this problem in the future. The carport lights have always been taken care of by the Board. They do not wish to pay us to change light bulbs. They were informed about the lights being out. They tell me that they did have those lights fixed, The problem was resolved but since then there have been a few bulbs burned out. They now will have them replaced. By the time of this letter they should be all burning I am told, The management office will now send the year end report to the customer as dated the end of December 2014. We hope this resolves the Issue and we always try to do our part in making sure every request gets at least an answer if not action. In closing we hope that everyone understands we work for the Board and can only do what they tell us to do and we do not have option of Just solving every issue with every homeowner on our own,
Sincerely
The Management Company

Ms. [redacted]
Attached is the signed agreement that was provided to your Real Estate Agent. Weather permitting the work the Association is responsible for will be completed today. As your agent was informed such repairs must be approved by the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors is taking...

bids for the beginning of roof replacements at [redacted]. This is an ongoing process as funds in the Reserve Account will allow.
The lawns have been overgrown this season due to the weekly rains that have prohibited the grass being cut on a regular schedule. [redacted] is not the only Association that has had issues with the grass being cut and maintained on a regular basis due to the rain.
I hope having the above items will meet with your satisfaction. Should you have any additional requests please feel free to contact my office. You have asked for an apology and I hope this letter meets with your approval.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
