I have received a letter in the mail from Rappaport, Hiltner & Crenshaw claiming that I would receive a payout of $3 million dollars. I was required to pay a fee of $19.95 in order to receive $3 million dollars. I did not send any money and there was not check attached.

Would send me a check. I have heard nothing from them and have no way of contacting them. The check I sent them cleared my bank as an
Electronic withdrawal.Desired Settlement: They need to refund my 20.00 dollars and they need to be prosecuted for mail fraud. I am going to file with US postal service for mail fraud.
