is valid reasoning however this request for a refund fell far outside of the time frame. I informed [redacted] that she could put in a dispute with PayPal since I use them as my invoice handler or Discover Card which she used as her payment. She then told me she attempted to dispute the charge with Discover Card which I noticed on my end however Discover Card denied the refund request for reasons unknown to me. As for her Microsoft program I simply did a reinstall of the program she already had purchased. Each time [redacted] scheduled an appointment with me all of her issued, at the present time, were resolved to her liking. This is clearly a case of poor money management and attempting to acquire free services which hurts small businesses.
