I have on several times emailed receipts and warranty info to [redacted] ***M in researching my email today to respond to this email I noticed that I had an email in my trash boxIn this and only in this email did he ever mention that he wanted something mailed to him because he didn't have a printerI am only seeing this today in none of the other various telephone conversations did he ever mention thisI will print out receipt and mail to him today via usps by certified mailI apologize for the mis communication and for the trouble in response also just to be noted in first roof we put on there was faulty material we not only removed and replaced with good material we also fixed some tiles that he had broken thereWe went out of our way to service [redacted] and I have furnished him with more than one receipt not having a printer is unfortunate but I was unaware of this I will put copy in mail today

I am rejecting this response because:I still have not received the promised documents. ie. Reciept for payment and warranty information on the product installed.His comments on the broken tile are untrue. His employee told me they dropped a 2 X 8 timber on the tile.His comment reguarding having sent the information requested is untrue. If he did send it, I have not redceived it. I have personally talked to him on the telephone twice and asked for this information. He definately "says the right thing" but has not followed through. Once again he has gone back on his word. I have NOT received the information requested.

I am rejecting this response because  I have been patiently awaiting the information I requested regarding receipts and warrenty information on work performed by Bobs all weather roofing and remodeling company. complaint # [redacted].In his last responce he indicated he would send the information that day. That was in mid December. I have not received anything by email nor certifided mail as he stated.My feeling is that this "gentelman" is not much of a businessman when he does not back up his word.Regarding his comments about not being aware of my request for him to mail the receips originally; I spoke to him personally on the phone twice and made him aware of the situation and once again he was full of promise but no action.The two tiles mentioned were broken by his employee - dropping a 2 by 8 plank on the floor. I furnished the tiles and they repaired only one of them...Lets keep the story straight.MY PRINTER HAS BEEN REPLACED. I would certainly  appreciate the information I requested. No need to go out of your way to send it certified mail. A true and honest reply containing a receipt for money paid and and warranty information on the product installed. I am assuming that the product installed the second time is equal to of better than the first substandard merchandise. FYI, I still have the original swatches given to me by your sales person. Please advise rgarding the quality of the material used in the second attempt.
