Review: It all started when I visited a website on [redacted] called Rapunzel's Tresses LLC. I wrote a query to the company inquiring about virgin hair at wholesale prices. I got a response to my questions from [redacted]@gmail.com. As a consumer, I asked about products this company offers and the type of shipment and deliver will be offered to me in my country Jamaica. Almost every questions I asked I got a response to. When I was finally ready to order on October 21 2014, I was sent a [redacted] in to pay with a card. Unfortunately I was unable to pay with a card because my card was just an ATM card. I asked the person who had told me her name was Gigi, I won't be able to pay through [redacted] and I asked if it was ok if I send money to her through [redacted]. She responded saying "sure". She asked wgay information I need and she gave me her first and last name and an address: Giavante' M[redacted] Temple Hills , MD. October 22 2014 I went to money gram and sent this woman $700.00. My total for the 15 bundles of hair I ordered was $765.00 when I was sent the invoice. The reason why I sent this woman $700.00US was because I had no more money and I had to pay transfer fee. I asked her if it was ok if I send the $700.00 and she said sure. I planned on paying her the $65.00 after I got the hair. I sent her the transaction number and told her couple hours later she asked where I sent the money through. I told her money gram. The following day I asked her if I will be given a tracking number. She told me yes, after she finish sewing the wefts she will ship and then give me tracking number. I emailed her again asking when will I receive the hair and she said she is not done with the hairs, it takes 3 days to process them and she's sorry she should have explained.I tried calling, no answer. I email her, got no reply. I found a personal email for her and asked when will I get my hair. She said she don't know and she never collected my $700.00. I have been scammed by someone else not her.Desired Settlement: All I need her to do is refund my money. Because I know it's her. And she doesn't want to wire it back to me because I reported her to money gram and the told me they banned her.I just need her to send back my $700.00. Either through [redacted] or wire deposit the money to my bank account.
