I made a online order to have a bouquet of flowers sent on 12/23/to he delivered on 12/24/the manger or owner cancelled my order and placed as refund on my purchase because he stated it was outside of the delivery areaThis company is not reliable and does not value the business of there customersMy credit card refund has not been processed and the wait could take approx a week I received a email that stated that the refund had been returned successfully but my bank said there are no pending refunds and I may have to file a claim the shipment address was in side the greater Sacramento area within a mile radius and at am on 12/was when I received the cancellation allowing plenty of time to deliver the package and provide me the service which I paid for and the services they advertise to provide I do not suggest this be a company to do business with
