In this lady's original email she admitted her mistake and asked if she could cancel her order or change itWe replied asking her which other Title she would like instead, we extended the dispatch time to allow for an answer, but after two weeks she failed to answerSo we assumed the Lady had changed her mind again or that she didn't have that movie after all, and couldn't be bothered to tell usSo we shipped the original orderWe gave this Lady every opportunity and time to change her order And the obnoxious treatment? Just not trueWe were polite and somewhat tolerant of her ramblingsI think her assessment of our discourse is based upon her anger because we were going round in circles, so we ended the discussion

What a despicable business that doesn't honor its wordHe is a total liar, as well since it was only a total of days before the original order was shipped after being informed by this business that I could make another selectionI was never told there was a time limit involved-not to mention only days!!! I want to warn potential customers that you can't believe anything this business tells because they don't keep their promisesThe best course is to never order anything from them in the first placeThis complaint is obviously NOT resolved and must be remain available to warn others about the dishonesty of this company
