I placed a call to the establishment at approx 11:pm est to confirm if they were still taking to go ordersI was told yesThen at Approx 12:am est on June 15th 2017, I got confirmation of my order and my payment and a confirmation of a delivery of minutesThe establishment closes at 12:amAfter a wait time of exceeding minutes, I proceeded to contact the facility directly where I spoke with Frank at approx 1:pmFrank who wouldn't provide a last name or any alt method of ID for himself proceeded to confirm that a order was never placedWith a total talk time of approx minutes, this gentleman became upset with my concerns with the service I was receiving and requestingThere was no resolve to me purchasing with this companyThis call ended with Frank(manager) yelling and advising me that there was nothing he could do but just for me to call the owner tomorrow at am to voice my concerns then hung up

Company responded via phone as follows: The consumer order that he stated was placed was never received by the company's system The company tried twice to explain this to the consumerThe consumer remained unsatisfied
