Rascal House

I ordered a large pizza and when I got it it looked like a medium pizza and it was deformed. Yes, I said it right. DEFORMED. There were several slices which were smaller than the others and when I called Rascal house, the evening shift manager asked me to send him a picture. I sent him a picture and he apologized. I asked for a refund and told him I would bring the pizza back as well. He told me to keep the pizza but he did not have access to do refunds. He gave me the owner's phone number to call in the morning. When I contacted the manager, he was rude and stated that nothing was wrong with the pizza, it just shifted. I stated that because I was unhappy with what I paid for, I wanted a refund. He also stated he could not do refunds. I left a message with the corporate office and am waiting to hear back from them. Business owners need to understand that customer's come first and a dissatisfied customer can negatively impact your business. This Rascal House is on Euclid and Chardon road in Euclid, Ohio.
