We at WalldorfGroup (The Parent Company) have business ethics at the core of everything we do. It reflects in our interaction with our clients and with whomever we deal with in the business place because this is the right thing to do.
The acquisitions made in the recent complaint are baseless and have no merit. It says that we have copied their design portfolio. In fact, it is our collection of logos which the accusing business has copied. We build these graphics from scratch based on fictitious companies in a week’s time.
We produce more than 25 logos a day, so it is very easy for us to reproduce a similar collection in no time. Not only is this unethical and against our business policies but also unnecessary based on the facts mentioned.
Furthermore, not only our graphics are copied but the entire website backend logic is also used on the complainants website. The point to note is that there is not a marketplace where one can go and buy these sections of websites along with the graphics. This was obviously taken from our company by someone who was once a part of the development team and organization. This can be a rogue employee or an outside vendor which we hired to setup our site and is now our competition. The surprising element is that they can go to any length to defame us.
I request that Revdex.com asks for validation and supporting documents from the complainant to judge the complaint’s merit. We don’t mind if someone wants to use our fictitious graphics as they are not explicitly copyrighted and were not developed for a particular client, but it would be interesting to find out how did they manage to get our website backend logic. If no satisfying answer is received then our rating should be restored without any mention of it on the Revdex.com site.
There are other acquisitions which are made in this complaint as well. For example, we have a profile on Freelance.com showing different business origin. To this I only want to say that we have never created a profile on Freelance.com and therefore anything which is mentioned in the complaint is simply not true. If all of a sudden a profile now shows up on Freelance.com with our company’s name then I would request Revdex.com to find out the creation date of this profile and match this to the complaint’s date. I am confident that the creation date would be after the complaint’s date.
Finally, our reputation should be judged by the fact that there is not even a single complaint made by any of our customers. We strive hard to make sure that each one of them is happy and that can only happen if they are completely satisfied with our work. This also refutes any final acquisitions made in the complaint.
