Review: I ordered 3 shirts on May 30th, 2014. One they sent me the wrong size. The other two were correct, but did not fit. I returned all 3 shirts. I requested that two of them be exchanged and one be refunded. It took lots of phone calls and emails for them to actually send the exchange. The exchange was sent in early July 2014. The two shirts that they sent for the exchange were fine. On the top of the invoice, it said that I was to receive a refund for the one shirt that I had requested a refund for. They will not respond to emails or web inquiries as I have not received the refund yet. I have not left phone messages this time because when I was trying to find out what was going on with my exchange, I never did receive any calls back.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund for the Womens Long Sleeve Rash Guard - Carolina Blue in the amount of $24.95.

Review: We placed an order with the rash guard company. We paid extra for overnight shipping. After 2 days they informed us that their post office does not do overnight shipping. This is inspite of the fact that they have a banner on their website that says "we ship world wide" and right beside it they have a UPS and FedEx logo - apparently they only ship USPS so this is fraudulent advertising. We were on a tight schedule and needed it overnight. They also use the Revdex.com logo and say they are accredited with the Revdex.com but according to your website they do not have the Revdex.com accreditation. So they are also using the Revdex.com logo fraudulently.Desired Settlement: Refund order. Remove FedEx and UPS logos from the website. Remove overnight shipping statement. Remove Revdex.com accreditation from the website most importantly.
